Matt Slater

Matt Slater is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor and optoelectronics industries. Currently serving as a Senior EPI Hardware Engineer at Raxium since May 2019, Matt has previously held significant roles at Soraa as a Senior EPI Hardware Engineer and at Philips Lumileds as a Development Engineer in R&D Reactor Process Development. An initial position as a Hardware Engineer at a startup rounded out Matt's transition to the current role, contributing to a robust background in hardware engineering.
