Talat Tehranchi

Talat Tehranchi is currently the Head of HR at Raxium. Prior to this, Talat served as the Head of People & Places at Lacework from October 2020 to June 2021. Before Lacework, Talat was with Illumio as the Senior People Lead- Engineering, Office CTO, Product Mgmt from July 2018 to October 2020. At Illumio, Talat was responsible for partnering with ASML Netherlands to roll out HR programs to the site, providing monthly status reports on various initiatives, and helping to roll out new compensation and benefits plans. Prior to Illumio, Talat served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at ASML from June 2017 to July 2018 where they again partnered with ASML Netherlands to roll out HR programs to the site and provided monthly status reports on various initiatives.

From Nimble Storage, Talat transitioned to Infinera where they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2014 to May 2017. At Infinera, Talat was responsible for all aspects of human resources management for engineering, product management, and operations. In their previous role as the Director of Human Resources at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Talat managed a team of HR professionals and was responsible for all aspects of human resources management for EPRI’s engineering and product management organizations.

Talat Tehranchi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.
