Marla Gonzalez

Marla Gonzalez-Rivera is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Humanified since July 2017, Marla has developed a platform aimed at fostering community engagement and promoting positive values. Marla is also a member of Chief, a private network for women leaders, and serves as a Jury Member for The FWA, recognizing innovative creativity. In addition, Marla is a Managing Partner at RAXO, a design studio specializing in brand storytelling, and a Portfolio Mentor at SteelBridge Laboratories, a venture capital incubator. Previous roles include Managing Director at GM Agency, where award-winning digital campaigns were generated, and as Founder and CMO of B Culture Media, which achieved significant revenue growth. Marla's early career includes positions at Hilton and Starwood Hotels, where Marla excelled in sales and marketing efforts. Marla holds an education from The Art Institutes.
