Joanna Tomczyk

Joanna Tomczyk is an Executive Director at RAXTAR, where they focus on directing business infrastructure initiatives and improving operational efficiencies. With over 16 years of leadership, marketing, and sales experience, Joanna has successfully launched businesses in emerging markets, including their time leading the North American HQ rollout for engcon. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Sales Manager at Paychex, exceeding quotas and earning recognition as a Top Five Producer nationally. Joanna is currently pursuing higher education, including a Bachelor of Arts from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Science from the University of New Haven.
