William Kluczkowski

William Kluczkowski is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Ray since May 2019, where the focus is on building uniquely designed multi-family buildings that integrate art, culture, and community. Prior to this role, William held several key positions at DDG from June 2010 to April 2019, including Managing Director, Senior Vice President of Investments, and Vice President of Acquisitions & Capital Markets in the real estate investment and development sector. William's career also includes experience as an Associate at Madison Realty Capital in real estate private equity and at Morgan Stanley in fixed income trading and sales. Academically, William holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School, a BS in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia Engineering, and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, complemented by a high school diploma from Pine Crest High School.
