Bassem Hamdy Eid, MBA, currently serves as Director of Customer Experience and Aftermarket Business at Raya Auto since January 2018, previously holding various managerial roles within the company, including Senior Manager positions in Customer Experience and Sales Operations. From January 2015 to January 2018, Bassem held the position of Country Manager at Raya Nigeria. Prior experience includes a role as Maintenance Manager at Raya Holding for Financial Investments from 2010 to 2015. Bassem obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Cairo University and completed education at Ibn Sina Language School between 1981 and 1995.
