Ahmed Sayed, PHRi™, CSSGB™ has a comprehensive background in various industries such as telecommunications, customer experience, and training. With experience ranging from technical support to human resources and training, Ahmed has demonstrated expertise in managing performance, training and development, and soft skills coaching. Currently serving as a Section Head in Human Resources at Raya CX, Ahmed is responsible for overseeing performance management across multiple organization sites. Ahmed also has experience in retail travel consultancy and IT business application support. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Ain Shams University, Ahmed brings a diverse skill set to their roles.
