Maghfera Saeed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in content writing, customer service, and technical support. Maghfera began as a Junior Content Writer in November 2021 and worked in telesales at B.WAY shortly thereafter. A role as a Social Media Moderator at Makady Holidays For Tourism followed, where responsibilities included moderating and creating content. Maghfera further developed skills in customer support through positions at Orange Egypt and Teleperformance, focusing on accounts such as Orange Cash and MODAD Properties.
