With experience in roles such as Customer Centricity Manager at Orange Egypt and Cisco Account Manager at Xceed, their expertise in business strategy, process improvement, and customer experience management is evident. Sherif has also co-founded Spot On Management Consultancy to assist entities in their continuous improvement and development journey.
