Khalia Parham

Khalia Parham currently serves as the Head of Recruiting at Raya since November 2021, following a role as Recruiter at Studio71, LP, where full-cycle recruiting was conducted across all departments from June 2019 to November 2021. Previous experience includes recruiting and operations at Bird from April 2018 to June 2019, and serving as a Senior Provider Relations Associate at Brighter, where account management for providers under major insurance carriers was provided and hundreds of dental providers were recruited into the Brighter portal network from January 2017 to April 2018. Khalia also worked as a Provider Relations Success Specialist and undertook research as a Grant Researcher for the LMU Family of Schools at Loyola Marymount University from October 2015 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes being a Fan Relations Associate for MVP Accounts at the LA Clippers, contributing to game day operations and marketing campaigns from August 2014 to July 2015. Khalia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, attended UCLA from 2010 to 2012, and graduated in 2015.
