Sterling Kelley

Sterling Kelley has extensive experience in software engineering and IT support, currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Raya since March 2020, with previous roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Software Architect, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to Raya, Sterling worked at Amazon Web Services from 2018 to 2020 as Full Stack Engineer II, focusing on various search engines. Sterling's experience includes a role as Software Systems Analyst II / Application Developer at Starbucks from 2015 to 2018, enhancing inventory management and analyzing technical solutions for business needs. Additionally, Sterling held the position of Principal Support Engineer at Teavana from 2013 to 2015, where development of applications led to a significant reduction in Help Desk incidents. Earlier experience includes serving as Network and Systems Administrator at Hughes Commercial Real Estate from 2012 to 2014, managing IT infrastructure and supporting user needs.
