Jason Mies

Jason Mies has diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Jason is currently the Director of Industrial Sales at Raycap since December 2023. Previously, they served as the Chairman of the Committee at American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) starting from September 2020. Jason also worked at Infinite Electronics, Inc. as the Transportation Industry Manager and later as the Global Transportation Key Account Manager. Jason became the Director of Sales at Infinite Electronics in August 2019, a role they held until December 2023. Additionally, Jason worked as a Subject Matter Specialist at RedVector.com from 2009 to 2014 and as the Transportation Industry Manager at Smiths Microwave-Transtector, Polyphaser, Kaelus, and Radio Waves in 2003. Jason started their career as an Account Manager at Sensitech in 2000, and earlier, they worked as a Customer Development Sales Representative at Ira Motor Group, where they achieved outstanding sales performance and led the internet sales department.

Jason Mies holds an MBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Jason also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations from Salem State University, obtained from 1991 to 1998. Additionally, Jason has an Associates degree in Science from Northern Essex Community College, completed between 1992 and 1994. Jason Mies also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. In terms of certifications, they have completed the courses "How to Have Productive One-on-One Meetings," "Microsoft Teams Essential Training," "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," and "Leading at a Distance" through LinkedIn. Additionally, Jason holds a certification as a Certified Power Quality Expert.
