Kelly Richards

Kelly Richards, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly started their career at Moss Adams as a Marketing Director from 1993 to 1995. Kelly then joined Kootenai Health as a Research Project Director, focusing on community outreach and development from 2002 to 2004.

In 2006, Kelly joined Raycap and quickly climbed the ranks. Kelly served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing from November 2006 to October 2008. From October 2008 to December 2012, they held the position of Vice President, Telecom North America, Electrical Protection Systems. Kelly then became the Vice President Telecom Sales, Americas from January 2013 to December 2016. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at Raycap, overseeing the Americas Telecommunications team and leading strategic account development, segment revenue growth, and sales team management for the USA, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to build and sustain relationships with high-profile telecommunications clients.

Kelly Richards, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration, completed in 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from the University of Idaho, which they completed in 1991.
