Kostas Samaras

Kostas Samaras is a graduate of the University of Athens, School of Physics. He received his PhD in Wireless Communications from the University of Oxford and his MSc in Radio Engineering and Telecommunications from the University of Athens. He completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Raycap he was a researcher at Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies. Previously, he held various academic positions.
