Simon Watson

Simon Watson currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for EMEA at Raycap since May 2025. Prior to this role, Simon held key positions at PPC Broadband, Inc., including Sales Director for the UK & Ireland and Business Development Director. Simon's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at OPTERNA, where the responsibilities spanned from Director of Business Development to Managing Director, and previous roles as Global Key Account Manager at HUBER+SUHNER and European Sales Manager at multiple firms including Polychromix and Valdor Fibre Optics. Simon began a career in sales management at TE Connectivity. Simon holds a BENG (HONS) degree in Engineering from the University of Leeds.
