Rayco was built from the ground up by its founder and CEO, Matt Raymond, with real field experience behind it. Matt started with a small crew doing manual excavation work himself and grew the company into a focused operation specializing in underground fiber construction and directional drilling across multiple cities and states. From day one, Rayco has been built on relationships. In this industry, your word matters. We operate with integrity, build trust through our actions, and treat our customers and contracting partners with respect. Our work is driven by reliability and a strong commitment to standing behind the work we perform and the promises we make. Because of that approach, our customers know they can rely on us to
deliver, and our contracting partners know they can trust us. Strong projects
are built on clear communication, mutual respect, and people who do what they say they’re going to do.

How Rayco Delivers

Rayco operates with hands-on oversight, clear communication, and strong
focus on execution. Our team stays involved in the work, keeps customers
updated, responds quickly, and adapts as projects move so jobs keep
progressing without unnecessary delays. We do our best work on fast-moving
projects where coordination structure matter. Our teams know how to keep a job organized, communicate clearly, and carry the work through from start to finish. Over the years, Rayco has also built a strong network across the telecom
industry. Because of this Rayco is able to quickly mobilize the right crews for the job whether that’s directional drilling, fiber placement, splicing, pulling crews, or aerial support. When a project needs experienced telecom crews, Rayco knows how to find the right people and get them moving.
