Rayco Modular Homes is one of Ireland’s fastest-growing modular home providers, offering high-quality, steel-frame, turnkey homes designed for modern living. Our mission is to deliver warm, energy-efficient, durable living spaces that are affordable, fast to install, and engineered to outperform traditional construction in every category.

Every Rayco home is built using precision light-gauge steel framing, zero timber in structural elements, and high-density insulation systems designed for Irish weather conditions. This ensures exceptional lifespan, structural strength, airtightness, and year-round comfort. Our modular units require minimal groundwork, can be installed rapidly, and are delivered fully finished with kitchen, bathroom, flooring, heating systems, windows, doors, and electrics included.

We supply a full range of residential and commercial modular solutions: 1–5 bedroom homes, 45m² planning-exempt units, rental/Airbnb units, farm accommodation, worker housing, offices, garden rooms, and large-scale holiday park developments. Whether you are a homeowner, landlord, developer, farmer, or investor, Rayco provides a complete turnkey service—from design and manufacturing to delivery, installation, and after-sales.

Our Wexford Showhouse (Eircode: Y25 F9H9) is open for private viewings, allowing clients to walk through our finishes, insulation systems, steel structures, and build quality before ordering.

Rayco Modular Homes stands for engineering, transparency, speed, and reliability. With every project, we focus on long-term durability, low running costs, rapid delivery timelines, and a premium customer experience from start to finish.
