Vanessa M. is the Chief People Officer and Strategy Delivery Officer at RayGen, having previously held various significant roles in human resources and organizational development. They served as Head of HR for Zipcar in Europe and were the Owner and Director of 720 People and Culture Consultancy, focused on enhancing the human element in workplaces. Vanessa has extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, notably as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Toyota Finance Australia and as People and Organisation Development Director at Purcell during its transition to employee ownership. They hold an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Open University.
