Joanna Moore

Joanna Moore is the Head of People & Talent at Raylo since January 2021. Prior to that, Joanna worked at EY as a People Operations Manager from September 2018 to January 2021 and held titles such as Senior Consultant and Management Consultant in Strategy. Joanna also has experience in financial auditing at PwC and has interned as a Management Consultant at EY. Joanna has a BSc in International Business with Spanish from Queen's University Belfast. Joanna's expertise lies in embedding company values, refining hiring processes, talent acquisition, securing visa sponsorships, and measuring employee engagement.
