Ronan Gildea

Ronan Gildea is currently the Head of Operations Strategy at Raylo, starting in September 2025. Previously, Ronan served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2023 to September 2025 and completed an MBA Internship in Strategy & Operations at Userled from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Ronan was an MBA Intern in Customer Engineering at Google from August 2022 to November 2022 and an MBA Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company from June 2022 to September 2022. Ronan's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Solution Engineer and Solution Engineer at Salesforce from September 2017 to August 2021, as well as a corporate scholarship position and ES Intern at Salesforce from June 2015 to June 2016. Ronan holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and a B.A. Hons in Business and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
