Torey D. Bell Eit

Torey D. Bell, EIT, currently serves as a Civil Engineer II at Raymond, focusing on civil site development, federal projects, and design production since May 2023. Previously, Torey served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve from June 2009 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a 142-person company and overseeing operations and administration. Experience also includes roles as a Civil Engineer at Renaissance Design Build Inc, specializing in civil site development and road design from May 2021 to June 2023, and as a Civil Engineer at the Alabama Department of Transportation, engaged in liquid asphalt testing from March 2015 to May 2023. Additionally, Torey held a civil engineering position in the US Army from December 2018 to November 2019, working on various engineering projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, alongside several military engineering courses completed at the United States Army Engineer School.
