Mark Rayner is the founder of Rayner Institute and Rayner Institute Ltd, both established in October 2010, focusing on online training for leadership and coaching to enhance professional careers. In addition, Mark serves as Principal at Rayner Consulting since February 1998, providing expertise in leadership mentoring, corporate culture review, technical process effectiveness, and operations management consulting. Previously, Mark held the position of Executive Coach at Alberta Health Services from April 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included facilitating personal and professional growth within the IT department. Mark Rayner holds degrees in Operations Engineering from the University of Calgary and Industrial Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
