Viktor Charypar is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Rayon.design since September 2025. Prior to this role, Viktor held the position of Tech Director at Red Badger from November 2013 to September 2025, focusing on tackling complex challenges for large enterprises through modern engineering solutions.
