Elizabeth Estera, SHRM-CP has an extensive background in HR and employee development. Elizabeth has experience in designing and facilitating training programs to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness. Elizabeth has also worked in customer service and recognition coordination roles, as well as in marketing. Elizabeth is currently the Director of HR & Employee Experience at Rayonier.
