Meridee Moore

Meridee Moore is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Rayonier since January 2021, Meridee also holds a position on the Advisory Board of Fiduciary Counselling Inc. and is the Founder and Senior Managing Member of Watershed Asset Management, L.L.C. Previous roles include Independent Director at BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities included membership on various committees, such as Audit, Compensation, and Governance. Meridee’s career began in corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, followed by significant roles in investment banking and portfolio management.
