Michael Ayres is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability and project engineering. Currently serving as the Engineering Group Leader at Rayonier Advanced Materials since July 2021, Michael has held various positions at Rayonier since August 2006, including Reliability Superintendent and Reliability Engineer. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Appvion, Inc. from June 1991 to July 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained between 1983 and 1989.
