Robert Jones

Robert Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in timber marketing and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Timber Marketing Manager at Rayonier since October 2017, Robert supervises timber harvest and marketing operations across a 525,000-acre landbase in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Prior to this role, Robert held positions including Timber Marketing Manager and Resource Land Manager. Robert's military background includes ten years as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where leadership and management were honed through combat roles in Iraq and Afghanistan, overseeing up to 140 soldiers in both training and deployed environments. Robert holds an M.B.A. from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Forest Management from North Carolina State University.
