Thomas Jinks currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at Rayonier, a position held since May 2021, after previously serving as Sr Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at KB Home as Vice President Land Development and Director of Land Development, where Thomas was pivotal in acquiring and developing lots for a Division producing over 900 homes annually. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Shea Homes as Community Development Manager, overseeing the development of a 1200-unit master planned community, and as Land Development Manager, managing construction activities for the same community. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for the Marion County Planning & Zoning Commission and holding engineering positions at Farner Barley & Associates, Tillman and Associates Engineering, and Kimley-Horn and Associates. Thomas Jinks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
