razacar is a structured carpooling platform built specifically for Karachi's daily commuters.

Recognised as a Top 50 Global Semifinalist in the Google Solutions Challenge 2021, competing against startups from across the world and becoming the only Pakistani team to receive the distinction. The problem we identified then is the same one we're building the solution for now.

We connect peers who share the same routes and timings, replacing informal, unreliable coordination with a system that actually holds together. Fixed routes. Verified users. Fares set transparently, calculated on distance, fuel cost, and occupancy.

We didn't build this from the outside. We're Karachi commuters who lived the problem, watched every workaround fail, and decided to build something properly.
