Sue Doerfer is a dedicated community organizer with a rich background in mental health, social services, and education. Sue has served as the Deputy Field Director for Rural Arizona Engagement and has held roles such as Field Organizer with Organize Arizona! and Executive Director at both the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland and Equality Ohio. With a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from St. Ambrose University, Sue has expertise in providing therapeutic services, particularly to marginalized communities. Additionally, Sue was a Life Coach, Trainer, and Consultant from 2014 to 2019 and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.
