Ben Li

Ben Li has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in corporate finance, M&A, and investment management. Ben is currently the Vice President - Corporate Finance and M&A at Razor Group, where they oversee financial operations and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Corporate M&A at Zalando. Ben also has experience in private equity, having worked as a Senior Associate at Oakley Capital and an Associate at Permira. Ben started their career in investment banking, working as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley and an Investment Banking Intern at Rothschild. Ben also gained experience in risk management and consulting through internships at Deutsche Bank and Volkswagen, respectively. Overall, Ben Li has a well-rounded background in finance and a strong track record in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity.

Ben Li received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin in 2013. Ben later completed a Study Abroad Program in Business at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued a Master of Science in Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, Ben passed the CFA Level I Exam from the CFA Institute.
