Deputy General Counsel at Razor

Drew Paris has a strong background in law, with extensive experience as a partner at various law firms. From 1992 to 2005, they served as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they provided strategic litigation counsel to clients across the country, working with executives and employees throughout their organizations. Drew successfully defended clients in trials and arbitrations and handled complex commercial and white-collar criminal cases. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a partner at Reed Smith LLP before joining Alston & Bird LLP in 2008. At Alston & Bird LLP, they served as a partner and lead counsel on major litigation matters, representing clients in court, arbitration, and regulatory venues. Drew developed and directed legal strategy until 2020. Currently, they are the Deputy General Counsel at Razor USA LLC, a position they have held since 2021.

Drew Paris has a J.D. degree in Law from Stanford Law School. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
