Mike Pratt has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mike started their career as an ICT Network Technician at Wellfield Community School from 2007 to 2009. Mike then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Orange from March 2010 to August 2010. Following that, they joined Southern Cross Health Care as an IT Helpdesk Administrator from August 2010 to August 2011.

In 2011, Mike joined Frontica as a Service Desk Analyst II and later became a Technical Service Manager 1 from August 2011 to January 2015. Mike then moved to The Vehicle Group and served as a Service Desk Manager from January 2015 to March 2016. Subsequently, they became the Head of Internal Business Development from March 2016 to August 2017 and eventually the Head of Workplace Services from August 2017 to January 2021.

Mike's next professional endeavor was at Eurodebt Recovery, where they worked as a Fraud Investigations & Recovery Manager from January 2021 to August 2022. Mike then took on the role of Operations Manager from June 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Mike Pratt is employed at Razorblue Group as a Senior Account Manager starting from April 2023.

Throughout their career, Mike Pratt has gained extensive experience in various management roles, particularly in operations, fraud investigations, recovery, and account management.

Mike Pratt started their education at Longfield Comprehensive from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued GCSE studies. Following that, they attended Darlington College of Technology from 2004 to 2006. During this time, Mike obtained a BTEC degree in Level 3 National Diploma for IT Practitioners.
