Amy Cox

Amy Cox is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and people strategy. Currently serving as SVP, Talent at Razorfish since April 2025, Amy previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Rightpoint from May 2023 to April 2025. Prior roles include Senior Director of People Strategy at Publicis Sapient, Director of Human Resources for North America at eFront, and Senior HR Partner at the Clinton Foundation. Amy's career began in human resources with roles at ITG, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Longitude. A notable experience includes traveling solo across various regions such as Southeast Asia and Africa. Amy holds a BA in Psychology and Minority Studies from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
