Usha Gupta

Usha Gupta is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with over 19 years in the industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Razorfish since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant in Quality Engineering at Publicis Sapient, QA Release Manager/Lead at TD, and Quality Assurance Lead at IBM Canada and IBM, where responsibilities encompassed test strategy creation, test execution, project release management, and defect reporting. Usha began the career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Vedam InfoTech Pvt Ltd and Swati Infotech, with a strong foundation in test case implementation, system integration, and functional testing. Usha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Banasthali Vidyapith and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
