Sham Kumar

Sham Kumar is a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in Software Engineering, particularly in Java/J2EE, including 12 years of leading and managing development teams. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of R&D at RazorFlow, Sham is responsible for delivering multiple projects and coaching team members. Previous roles include positions as Director of Engineering at Synchronoss Technologies and Development Manager at Razorsight. Sham holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they are still pursuing their education.
