Ankit Garg is a seasoned professional in customer success strategy, currently serving as the Director of Strategy for Customer Success at Razorpay since January 2022. With previous experience as Associate Director of Customer Success Strategy at Tata Sky Ltd and various managerial roles at Aegis Limited and Centum Learning Limited, Ankit has successfully overseen large-scale operations and implemented strategic processes, notably during the launch of India’s largest telecom operator, Jio.
