Sailaja Devendran

Sailaja Devendran is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations at Razorpay since October 2021, Sailaja has previously held the position of Associate Director of HR Operations at the same company. Prior to this, Sailaja spent three years at Flipkart as Senior Manager of People Operations and worked at Oath Global Brands (India) Private Limited as a Payroll Specialist. Earlier career experiences include roles at AOL, where Sailaja advanced from Payroll Consultant to Senior Executive in Human Resources, as well as a brief stint in HR Support Staff at Verizon Data Services. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Business Management and Technology, Bangalore, and a BSc in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai.
