Stefanie Staley

Stefanie Staley is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at RAZR, a marketing technology company since November 2020. With a strong background in HR across various industries, Stefanie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Modern Climate, managing HR functions for a workforce of 60-125 employees. Additional experience includes contract roles as HR Hiring Manager at Sportsdigita and HR Manager at KNOCK, along with building HR departments from the ground up at GoKart Labs and RBA Digital Marketing. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
