Ajay Kumar Agarwal

Ajay Kumar Agarwal is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation leadership, particularly in the areas of finance and procurement. Currently serving as IT&D Director at Reckitt since April 2010, Ajay has successfully managed global shared service transformation projects, including deployments for P2P, OTC, and RTR processes using leading tools like Ariba, High Radius, and Blackline. Ajay has also established and led the PLM Center of Excellence, promoting automation and transitioning critical teams, resulting in significant efficiency gains. Prior to Reckitt, Ajay held various roles at Infosys and Capgemini, where expertise included large-scale ERP implementations and project management across diverse sectors. Ajay's educational background includes a PGDIE from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
