Currently leading a team of approximately 200 people as Sales Director, Alan has also held significant roles in sales and trade marketing across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Alan's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Consumer Goods and Retail from FIA, complemented by proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and ongoing French studies. Previously, Alan served in various key positions, including at Red Bull and Reckitt, displaying a strong commitment to personal growth and team performance.
