Alec Gradl has extensive experience in chemical engineering and systems engineering, with a professional history that includes roles at Umicore, Avient Corporation, and OPmobility. At Umicore, Alec managed projects focused on catalytic converter technology and conducted undergraduate research on converter aging. Subsequent positions involved process engineering improvements, project management for production line upgrades, and the establishment of paperless digital workstations at OPmobility. Currently at Reckitt as an IT&D Manufacturing Product Manager, Alec leads digital transformation efforts and systems integration across North America. Alec is pursuing an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Purdue University, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Kettering University.
