Alessandra Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and market research. Currently serving as the Senior Business and Consumer Insight Manager at RB since October 2018, Alessandra previously held significant roles at Unilever from June 2008 to September 2018, including Global CMI Business Partner for Laundry and Global Consumer and Market Insight Manager for HHC. Alessandra's expertise lies in identifying and translating consumer needs into strategies for brand development and marketing initiatives. Prior to Unilever, Alessandra worked as a qualitative researcher at RQ and managed advertising tracking projects at GFK-Eurisko for various industries. Alessandra began a career as a project coordinator at Kea Vocational Development Center, overseeing a European vocational program for youth. Alessandra holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in work and organizational psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with additional qualifications from The Market Research Society.
