Alina Radu

Alina Radu is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as HR Manager SEE at Reckitt since September 2019, where responsibilities include reporting to the Country Manager and Regional HRD as part of the local Leadership Team. Previous experience includes positions as HR Business Partner at Atos, HR Generalist at Nobel, Ltd, and Project Coordinator at BRD, along with roles in recruitment and project management at alternative RECRUITMENT and ProfiPower Romania. Alina began the career as a Researcher/Junior Recruiter and Recruitment Assistant. Alina holds degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
