Allan Barron is a seasoned Director of Engineering with extensive experience in high-tech, food, and pharmaceutical operations. Previously, they have held senior engineering roles at companies such as Fresenius Kabi, Baxter Healthcare, and Chiquita, where they focused on project management, process design, and continuous improvement. Allan possesses a strong background in facility expansion planning and new product launches, leveraging lean manufacturing and 6 sigma practices to drive operational excellence. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. Currently, they serve as a Sr. Manager of Engineering at Reckitt.
