With nine years at Reckitt and a decade of prior HR experience in Coca-Cola Hellenic and telecom companies, Ana has demonstrated a strong commitment to people development and change management. They are an ICF certified coach, dedicated to maximizing the potential of professionals, leaders, and teams. Having lived and worked in Romania and Italy for the past ten years, Ana is originally from Moldova and has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives in the regions they oversee.
