Anandi Shankar

Anandi Shankar is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Regional HR Director for Reckitt in South Asia, where they oversee the people function and contribute to the growth of health and hygiene brands. Previously, Anandi was the General Manager of HR at Unilever, leading talent and organizational strategies, and has held various HR roles within the company, including Head of Human Resources for Beauty & Personal Care & Nutrition. Anandi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Xavier's College and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies. As an advocate for equity and inclusion, Anandi is dedicated to fostering a diverse workplace.
