Andras Soos is currently the Head of Manufacturing Europe at Reckitt, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Andras served as the Head of Strategy and Long-Term Planning for Unilever Ice Cream in Europe from 2022 to 2025, where they led an end-to-end transformation program. From 2000 to 2007, Andras worked at Flextronics, progressing through roles such as Manager of Supply Chain Management and Local Business Unit Manager. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Sanmina-SCI as Lead Program Manager.
