Andrew Bowers has extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. From May 2019 to April 2022, Andrew served as Head of Supply Chain APAC at Sephora SEA, overseeing a fast-moving omni-channel supply chain that included planning, logistics, and procurement. Following this, Andrew held the position of Director of Operations Customer Service for UK & I and Nordics at Philip Morris International from April 2022 to September 2025, focusing on customer service operations and integration. Currently, Andrew is the Vice President of Supply Chain for North Europe at Reckitt. Andrew's earlier career includes various roles at Unilever, where responsibilities ranged from Customer Supply Chain Manager to Supply Chain Director, driving efficiency and process standardization across multiple regions. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
