Andrew Cay

Andrew Cay is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Shared Services Director. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions, including Global PTP Director and Head of Procure to Pay at Reckitt, where they were accountable for operational delivery and transformation within global procurement. Andrew also worked as a Procurement Operations Consultant at RB and managed shared services for BG Group. With a background in consultancy at State of Flux Limited, Andrew successfully progressed from Consultant to Senior Manager over five years, delivering significant consulting projects for FTSE100 companies. Andrew completed an Economics BSc degree at the University of Bath from 1998 to 2001 and served as an Operations Officer in the British Army from 2001 to 2007, participating in operational tours in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, and Afghanistan.
